Rosh Hashanah arrives whether families are ready for the expense or not, so we help with food, clothing and other necessities. As in previous years, children, parents, and the elderly in our community were pleased to be able to start the new year with more than they could afford on their own in these difficult times.
Retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and individuals donated their products and expertise to gather and distribute items that will make a huge difference in the lives of our neighbors. Everybody is a winner when we work together. Recipients receive their needs with dignity. Donors feel the warmth of helping their brothers and sisters. Surely Heaven smiles upon our generosity and cooperation, bringing us all blessings for a good and sweet new year.
